Return / Refund Policy

Currently, we do not accept returns as each mug is personalized and made to order. If you wish to place a new order, you will be responsible for the associated costs.
- Defective or Damaged Products
In the event of receiving defective or damaged items, we will cover the costs for a replacement order.
- Lost Orders Policy
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will gladly send a replacement.
- Returned to Sender Policy
For returned shipments, please reach out to us to arrange a refund for the product price, after which you may place a new order (shipping costs will still apply).
- Wrong Address
Shipments returned due to an insufficient address will be disposed of. If you wish to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs.
- Rejected by the Recipient
If a shipment is rejected, it will be returned and disposed of. A new order can be placed at your expense.
- Unclaimed Orders
